Titanium Exhaust Headers
These headers are made from Suzuki factory GSXR headers and have been tested on George Dean Racing Engine’s dyno. According to George, they are within one horsepower of the best car headers that he has tested, and also they provide a very smooth torque curve similar to the stock system.
The entire header weighs just over 4 lbs, on average that is a 4 lbs less than a stainless system.
We currently have fixtures to make these for the Stohr WF-1 and also have made several custom installations to customer specifications.
